During the sessions, mental issues and problems are addressed and transformed into physical exertion. Influences from Muay Thai boxing, and allround fight techniques are utilized.

SESSIONS
The one-on-one sessions are an intensive combination of motivation, coaching, boxing, and mindset training to bring out the best in yourself. You will stand stronger in life, be able to make better decisions, and derive more satisfaction from each day. The duration of the program is determined after the intake.
REVIEW
For several years, Virgin has been our in-company personal trainer. The group joining her boot camps is quite diverse in fitness levels and backgrounds. But Virgin has always managed to coach everyone on an individual level and motivate us as a team.
She has a very good sense of what motivates people and how she can support you to overcome barriers that keep you from having the best workout you can have. For me, she always noticed when I was suffering from low energy levels or intentionally trying to skip parts of the boot camp routine ;).
But Virgin does more than facilitating good training. She also shares her life lessons with us and consistently uses sports exercises to reflect on how you live your life – and what may be holding you back from doing it in an even better way.
Thereby, it has not just been my fitness levels that have gone up since I started training with her, but I can confidently say she has also contributed to my personal growth. Adding to that her positive energy and sense of humor – I can only say I would recommend everyone to have a bit of Virgin in their lives.

EXPERIENCE
- From 2001-2005 I worked as a manager of three gyms in Rotterdam. The lessons I gave where spinning, Belly-buttocks-legs training, body pump and fitness coaching.
- In 2005–2006 I worked as a sports instructor at Impuls and Klaverstede in Schiedam the Netherlands.
The lessons i gave where spinning, Belly-buttocks-legs training, body pump and fitness coaching. - In 2017 I provided group bonding lessons with secondary school classes via bootcamp.
- From 2018 – present day I take care of the resistance training through boxing at The Fray in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.
- For large companies like Tele2 & Randstad in Amsterdam 2019 – present day I’m Keeping employees fit & healthy through bootcamp training. And I make employees fit, healthy and more resilient through boxing.
